On November 3, 2024, New Milford CERT participated in a fire department training exercise at the Smoke House in New Milford. Firefighters from Water Witch & Northville Fire Stations practiced Search & Rescue and navigating in a totally smoked filled building.  CERT members provided Rehab; a safe place to cool down, reload on calories lost and hydrate.
